Is Bachmann Toast?

According to CNN, a source close to Michele Bachmann campaign: No “viable way forward” after sixth-place finish.

Sarah Palin, the quitter, said that Bachmann should drop out, and spend more in Congress, where her voice can be heard. No thank you. She should leave politics behind, and go back home to Minnesota where she belongs.

  1. ahh, good news- Bachmann can now go write her memoirs and have tea party folks pay to go see her at book signings. Sarah Palin will join her. It will be like the 2012 version of Laverne and Shirley. Rick Perry and Herman Cain will join them and be the Lenny and Squiggy.

  2. And now she’s out.. if Perry goes too, Paul and Santorum will rise even more.

But all that said – Bachmann was a lot less worse than expected as a candidate. And a lot less psychotalk than previous years. She’s still out there in wingnut land, and heavily misinformed and ignorant, but she pulled herself together.

And now she could go back home and live on government subsidies again – as she and her husband have done their whole lives.

      • Maybe she just wanted an excuse to quit. Now she’s acting in the “best interest of America” – and listening to their voice. Brave little soldier, sacrificing.

Btw, the superpac nukes on Santorum will be interesting.

      • I think all she wanted in life is attention. She got it, and when she was starting to throw word bombs at the wrong people, she then lost her audience, and the rest as they say is history.
