Just Wondering…
This thought(s) have been going through my mind, wondering about the likes of Santorum, Romney, Gingrich, Palin and etc., etc. The ones with the frothy, foaming at the mouth right-wing schizoid talk. The constant lying about Obama. Romney doesn’t care about poor people, Newt, the so-called historian, Santorum with the Satan talk. You get the drift. When it comes time, when these people pass away to the big GOP whatever, (add your own thoughts to it) I wonder how their obits will be written up. Now that’s something to think about…

Coffee & Caffeine
Over second and third cups flow matters of high finance, high state, common gossip and low comedy. [Coffee] is a social binder, a warmer of tongues, a soberer of minds, a stimulant of wit, a foiler of sleep if you want it so. From roadside mugs to the classic demi-tasse, it is the perfect democrat.

Programming
[A]nd then it occurred to me that a computer is a stupid machine with the ability to do incredibly smart things, while computer programmers are smart people with the ability to do incredibly stupid things. They are, in short, a perfect match.

Day In 100 Seconds: We Don’t Need No Education
Reblogged from The Fifth Column:
Rick Santorum declared this weekend that President Obama’s call for more Americans to have a college education made him a “snob”, then spent the following days both backing up his position and increasing his rhetoric.
This sparked a lot of reaction from anchors, pundits, other politicians and even a rebuttal from the President himself.
But as well as taking on a sitting Democratic president, Santorum was also taking on a dead one, saying JFK’s 1960s comments about religion in the public sphere made him “throw up.”

I was ironing and starching my hubbies under wares the other day last week while he was out teachin’ the grandkids to shoot squirrels because he says the starchy stiffness of his shorts reminds him of when he was a teen-ager and I heared on the TV that they was giving awards out to grannies and so we definatly wanted to see that for sure.

Mitt Romney’s Idiot Quote of the Day
Reblogged from The Fifth Column:
Mario Piperni
How out of touch is Mitt Romney?
“I actually love this state. This feels good being back in Michigan … I like the fact that most of the cars I see are Detroit-made automobiles. I drove a Mustang and a Chevy pickup truck. Ann drives a couple of Cadillacs, actually.”
Anything wrong with anyone owning two Cadillacs?

Coffee
The morning cup of coffee has an exhilaration about it which the cheering influence of the afternoon or evening cup of tea cannot be expected to reproduce.

Consumerism
The poverty of our century is unlike that of any other. It is not, as poverty was before, the result of our natural scarcity, but of a set of priorities imposed upon the rest of the world by the rich. Consequently, the modern poor are not pitied… but written off as trash. The twentieth-century consumer economy has produced the first culture for which a beggar is a reminder of nothing.

Obama's Level-Headed Response To Pro-Life Radicals

During the past several weeks, our country has seen a revelation like no other with the Republican Party, especially in the Republican primaries. Each and every debate and hot topic is of a very serious nature, however, sometimes we just need to laugh at the insanity we are witnessing which belongs in our future history books.

Santorum is definitely one sick puppy. He is so obsessed with sex, that one wonders, if he has serious issues, that he is not telling us.
